Minnesota Cattle Industry Convention - Vendor Registration

The Minnesota Cattle Industry Convention and Trade Show is right around the corner! We are excited about the lineup of speakers and the convention events taking place this year. We would like to invite you to consider showcasing your business or organization at our annual convention by sponsoring one of the convention events or reserving a place in the convention trade show. Many topics will be covered during our convention including the volitilty of the cattle industry both economically and politically, and tools used within the cattle industry to mitigate risk.

There are 5 exciting ways for you to display and promote your business or organization at the 2015 MSCA convention.

1. Display or exhibit booth – This a great way to get face to face contact with convention goers. We listened to your feedback and have scheduled more time and events on the trade show floor!

2. General Sponsorship – Your business or organization name will be listed on signage during the entire Convention and Trade Show thanking you for your support.

3. Trade Show Break Sponsorship - Your business or organization name will be listed on signage during the event and food items can/will be place near your exhibit booth.

4. Meal/Speaker Sponsorship - Your business or organization will be listed on signage during the event, and will be provided time to introduce yourself and provide comments to the audience.

5. Entertainment Major Sponsor – Your business or organization will be invited to introduce the entertainment at the Friday night banquet. You will also have the opportunity for the entertainment to sign autographs in your booth prior to the banquet (During a scheduled time at the trade show and during social hour.) and will have the opportunity to play a commercial or YouTube video during prior to the entertainment taking stage.

6. Entertainment General Sponsor – Your business or organization will be listed as a sponsor with signage on stage during the event and recognition as a sponsor prior to the event.

7. Educational Session Sponsorships - Your business or organization name will be listed on signage near the entrance of the educational session you sponsor and a rep. from your organization invited to introduce themselves and introduce the speaker.

We would like to express our continued gratitude for your efforts to support the beef cattle industry. As a small token of our appreciation, we invite all exhibitors and sponsors to attend a special appreciation dinner and social hour on the evening of Thursday, December 1st.
